The room is ready from 14:00. It is however possible to arrive earlier to leave your luggage and use the bathroom.
It is possible to enter the room before 2:00 p.m. for an extra charge of € 20. Your room will be available from 11:00 a.m.
The room must be vacated by 11:00 a.m. to give us the opportunity to prepare it for the next guest.
It is possible to request check-out after 11:00 a.m. until 13:00 at an extra cost of € 20.
We suggest taking the shuttle bus at a cost of € 10.00 per person. The shuttle leaves every 20 minutes and takes 50 minutes to reach Milan Central Station. From the station it is a 10-minute walk to Biocity.
Exit on Piazza IV Novembre and walk along Via Sammartini to Via Tonale, then turn left to Via Ponte Seveso, after 350 metres you arrive in Via Lunigiana. Cross over and go left, after a few metres you will find via Edolo. On foot it takes about 10 minutes.
Or in Piazza 4 Novembre you can take tram 5, tram 10 or bus 87 and get off in Viale Lunigiana. The ticket costs € 2.00 per person. Finally, you can take a taxi, which costs about € 7.00.
A 5-minute walk away is the SONDRIO stop on the M3 Yellow line. This line takes you to Piazza del Duomo in 5 stops.

Smoking is absolutely forbidden inside the hotel, in case of non-compliance a penalty of € 50 will be charged. It is possible to smoke outdoors, in the dedicated areas.
Biocity is within a residential area, so quiet is safe.
The area near the Central Station is much more crowded and at night there may be some homeless people, so it is best to use caution and care in this area.
The best place for value for money is the Pizzeria/Trattoria San Mina just opposite the hotel, the ambience is simple but the food is good and they are friendly.
If you want typical Milanese cuisine with risotto and cotoletta, we suggest you go to Osteria da Flavio.
Finally we suggest a gourmet pizzeria called Shambò.
Just 20 metres away there is a Carrefour Express which is open every day from 7:30 to 21:00. Only on Sundays it is open from 9:00 to 13:30 and from 15:30 to 21:00.
Of course, our staff can book it or have it arrive in 5 minutes. You can also request payment by credit card or a special car, e.g. for 5 people.
